- Guide and service dogs are allowed.
- Ten strollers are available (200 yen per day).
- Two wheelchairs are available (free).
- Changing tables are available in restrooms and in each dining facility.

- Group discounts are available (10% for 20 or more; 20% for 100 or more).

ATTENTION
- Please note that animals may sometimes bite in a playful manner or bump gently against you.
- Pets are not permitted. (Service dogs and dogs by advance reservation are allowed.)
- Hard baseballs, metal or wooden baseball bats, baseball gloves, or toys with wheels are not allowed on the ranch.
- All activities are subject to change or cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Visitors are requested to use caution when walking uphill or on grassy surfaces.
